Our quality policy

Within the Arcante group, we are constantly seeking the highest possible level in our interventions and in our relations with the companies who trust our expertise.

All our services are focused toward a single goal: offering the best suited training program and content. We are extremely keen to capture their recommendations with a view to be as close as we can from their expectations.
• Therefore our Quality Direction keeps regulary evaluating our deliveries to identify any possible continuous improvements and trigger the corrective actions to be taken.
• Therefore, within 15 days after the training sessions, our corresponding party is contacted to check the quality level as it is felt by our clients and to monitor the perfect adequacy with the customer expectations.
• Moreover, once a year, we kindly ask our clients to evaluate our interventions carried out for them. We contact them to gather their feed-back on many criteria (contact quality, intervention level, contribution to the results, proposed services, relations with the administrative department, etc...)


Finally, our company is validated on DataDock. We fully comply with the criteria and demands of the "Décret Qualité" of the June 30th 2015 and are therefore compliant by all financing entities for professional trainings.
